Osia's stone hearth flatbreads are free form loaves that are freshly baked upon order directly on the floor of a wood fired oven. The bread has a delightfully crisp crust, and is gorgeously airy and chewy on the inside. You can choose from a variety of toppings, and a number of accompaniments from butter, extra virgin olive oil or one of Osia's signature "toothpaste" tube dips.

There are few who can resist the silken richness and sublime taste of foie gras coated with polenta and mirin soy glaze, and pan-seared to give a brittle crust. Nicely orchestrated with spiced fruit chutney.

Who would have thought that luscious molten Valrhona chocolate, black pepper vanilla ice cream and sesame crisp would work so supremely well? This sensational dessert, which was created by Chef Scott since his days in London, alone merits a detour to Osia.
