Specialising in New World wines, some 5,000 bottles of wine lie cradled in Osia's magnificent custom-made cellar. Due in no small part to Chef Scott's long association with Penfolds, Osia's wine menu boasts the highly lauded "Bin 95" Grange from 1991, 1997, 2001, 2003 and 2005. Each year, the list is reinvigorated with new selections handpicked by Chef Scott and his team of sommeliers, ensuring that it is one of the most well-stocked in the city.
